| 摘 要： | 对143例临床拟诊冠心病女性患者行冠状动脉造影。结果显示：总阳性率为49．6％，更年期组阳性率为24．4％，更年期后组阳性率为61．2％，说明更年期女性患者临床拟诊冠心病与冠状动脉造影阳性符合率不高，容易误诊。

| Abstract: | The coronary angiograPhy results of l43 femalc patients with suspected coronary artery dlscase wcrc analyzed.The tolal rate of positive coronary angiography results was 49. 6 %. The posltive rate in the postmenopausal group,61. 2 %, was highcr than thal of thc Premenopausal group, 24. 4 %. The low corresPondencc rate between the cllni-cal diagnosis and the coronary angiography results in premenopausal women indicates that misdlagnosis is common. |
