摘    要:目的 :了解医院感染肠球菌的临床分布及其对常用抗菌药物的耐药状况 ,为临床治疗肠球菌感染提供药物筛选依据。方法 :用生物梅里埃API 2 0Strep鉴定系统 ,对 310株医院感染的肠球菌进行鉴定 ,并用K |B法测定其对万古霉素等 9种抗生素的敏感性 ,采用WHONET 4软件分析试验结果。结果 :310株肠球菌属中粪肠球菌占 90 % ,屎肠球菌占 7.1% ,其他肠球菌占 2 .9% ,肠球菌属在各类感染性标本中的分离率以尿液、呼吸道分泌物及伤口分泌物居多。药敏结果显示 ,肠球菌对庆大霉素和环丙沙星的耐药率最高 ,对青霉素和氨苄西林的耐药率较高 ,未检出万古霉素及替考拉宁耐药菌株。结论 :医院感染的肠球菌存在着不同的耐药谱 ,应根据药敏试验妥善筛选药物进行治疗 ,糖肽类抗生素为肠球菌重症感染的最佳选择。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the clinical distribution and determine the antimicrobial susceptibility of 310 entercocci in nosocomial infection, and to provide basis for reasonable use of antibiotics. Methods: API identification system and K-B disc agar diffusion method was adopted to identify and detect drug susceptibility in vitro and WHONET4 software was applied to analyze the data. Results: E. faecium accounted for 90% in all isolates and in the urine the identification rate of enterococci was the highest. The analysis of drug susceptibility showed that gentimycin and cipromycin had the highest drug-resistance, while vancomycin and glycopeptide had superior sensitivity. Conclusion: Enterococci have different drug sensitivity to different drugs, so antibiotics should be used reasonably according to the drug sensitivity test.
