高效液相色谱法测定丹杞颗粒中丹皮酚的含量

目的建立反相高效液相色谱法（RP-HPLC）测定丹杞颗粒中丹皮酚含量的方法,为该制剂质量标准提供依据.方法采用RP-HPLC方法,固定相为AgilentTC-C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水（60：40）,测定波长为274nm,柱温：30℃.结果线性范围为20.0～320.0μg/mL,r=0.9998,平均回收率为98.19%,RSD=0.79%（n=6）.结论高效液相色谱法简便、灵敏度高、重复性好,可作为丹杞颗粒的质量控制方法.

The Content Determination of Paeono in DANQI Granula by HPLC

Objective To establish an HPLC method for determining the content of paeonol in DANQI granula,and provide a certificate for the quality control of the product.Methods The determination was performed by RP-HPLC on Agilent TC-C18 （4.6 ×250 mm,5 μm） with mobile phase consisted of methanol-water （60：40） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was set at 274 nm.Results The linear range of paeonol was 20.0～320.0 μg/mL （r = 0.9998）.The recovery was 98.19% （RSD=0.67%,n=6）.Conclusion The HPLC method is simple,accurate and well reproduced for the determination of paeono for quality control of DANQI granula.
