QTVI对冠脉支架术后左室壁局部纵向心肌功能的短期疗效的评价

目的探讨QTVI对冠脉支架术后左室壁局部纵向心肌功能的短期疗效的评价。方法用QTVI测量26例具有慢性冬眠心肌特点的冠心病患者行冠脉支架术血运重建前后左室壁局部纵向心肌运动的速度，并进行前后自身对照分析。结果26例冠心病患者中前降支支架术19例次、右冠脉12例次、回旋支8例次，各对应的室壁的运动速度在术前术后均有不同程度的提高，以前壁、下壁、室间隔、侧壁改善最明显，前壁基部、中部、心尖部术前术后的速度比较P〈0．01、P〈0．005、P〈0．005；下壁基部、中部术前术后的速度比较P〈0．001、P〈0．05；前间隔基部、中部术前术后的速度比较P〈0．005、P〈0．05；侧壁基部、中部术前术后的速度比较P〈0．05、P〈0．001。结论QTVI作为室壁运动定量分析技术，可以反映冠脉支架术后局部室壁运动速度的变化，是评价冠脉再通疗效的有效手段之一。

Short effect of left ventricular wall motion after stenting by QTVI

Objective To investigate the effect of left ventricular wall motion after stenting by QTVI.Methods In twenty-sixpatients with chronical hibenating myocardiumconfirmed by coronary angiography,the velocity of left ventricular wall was meas-ured by QTVI before and after stening.Results In 26 patients with CAD,there were 19 patients of LAD,12 patients of RCAand8 patients of LCX.The velocity of all left ventricular wall perfused by LAD,RCA,LCX was i mproved significantly,especially inAW,I W,AS and LW.The velocity of AWin base,midst and apex before and after stenting was i mproved significantly(P<0.01,P<0.005,P<0.005).The velocity of I Win base,midst before and after stenting was i mproved significantly(P<0.001,P<0.05)The velocity of ASin base,midst before and after stenting was i mproved significantly(P<0.005,P<0.05).The velocity of LWinbase,midst before and after stenting was i mproved significantly(P<0.05,P<0.001).Conclusion QTVI is a technicality of meas-uring motion of venticular wall,the change of the velocity of ventricular segmental measured by QTVI after coronary revasculariza-tion can reflect of the effect of coronary stenting.QTVI is an effective method on evaluation of the effect after coronary revascular-ization.
