超声对胆囊内异常声像图的对比研究

目的 通过对胆囊内异常声像图的对比研究，旨在提高超声对胆囊疾患的正确诊断率。方法 将216例胆囊内异常回声分为条状回声、团状回声及沉积状回声进行研究。结果 216例患者中，胆囊内探及条状回回声30例，其中胆囊蛔虫9例、胆囊结石5例、胆囊内脓条16例。胆囊内探及团状回声120例。其中结石43例、脓团19例、胆固醇息肉29例、胆囊癌29例。胆囊内探及沉积状回声66例。其中胆泥26例、炎性沉积物21例、泥沙样结石19例。所有患者均经手术、病理或保守治疗、随访证实。结论 熟练掌握胆囊内异常声像图特征，将有助于正确指导临床治疗。

Comparative Study on Abnormal Sonograms in Gallbladder

Objective In order to improve the correct diagnosis rate of B-mode ultrasonography in gallbladder diseases,the abnormal gallbladder sonograms were compared and analysed.Methods We devided the abnormal echoes in gallbladder on the sonograms into 3 types:strip-like,conglomeritic and deposition-like echoes.Results Of all the 216 cases,30 cases were with strip-like echoes including 9 caes with gallbladder roundworm,5 cases with gallbladder lithes and 16 cases with gallbladder puruloid strips;120 cases were with conglomeritic echoes including 43 cases with lithes,19 cases with puruloid conglomeration,29 cases with cholesterol polyp,29 cases with gallbladder cancer;66 cases were with deposition-like echoes including 26 cases with bile silt,21 cases with inflammatory deposition,19 oases with silt-like lithes.All the patients were treated by operation,pathological or conservative treatment.Conclusions Skillfully mastering the characterstfics of abnormal echoes in gallbladder on sonograms will be great helpfal to clinical treatment.
