| 摘 要： | Objective To explore the relationship between antiepileptic drugs(AED)and hormones of male epilep-tics.Methods:Comparison of 13 male epileptics before and after taking AED.Radioimmunoassay was taken totest total testosterone(TT),follicli-stimulation hormone(FSH),luteinising hormone(LH),prolactin(PRL),percentage of free testosterone(FT%),free testosterone(FTpmol/1),sex hormone binding globulin(SHBG).Result:After the treatment,TT,FT(pmol/1 were increased significantly,PRL was decreased definitely.LH、FSH、FT%、SHBG were of no significant differences.Conclusion:AED had some effects on the hormones of thepatients and epilepsy had no direct relationship with the sex hormones of the patients.
