| 摘 要： | 目的探讨舰艇部队士兵心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法采用艾森克个性问卷（EPQ）、简易应对方式问卷、症状自评量表（SCL-90），对某海军舰艇部队120名士兵进行现场调查。结果神经质是影响心理健康的人格因素之一，对心理健康有直接作用；内外向、精神质对心理健康的影响具有间接作用，积极应对方式是人格特征影响心理健康的中间环节。结论某海军舰艇部队士兵心理健康受人格特征与应对方式的影响。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the mental health status and its influential factors in warship crew. Methods 120 soldiers were investigated by Eysenck Personality Questionnaire, Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire and SCL-90. Results As a dimension of personality, neuroticism was a disposition factor of mental health with direct action. Extraversion and psychoticism were disposition factor of mental health with indirect action. The positive coping style was an intermediate link between personality and mental health status. Conclusions The personality characteristics and coping style have significant influence on the mental health status in warship crew. |
