缺锌对生长期大鼠发育及组织核酸和蛋白质代谢的影响

摘    要:目的 研究缺锌对生长期大鼠发育及组织核酸和蛋白质代谢的影响。方法 1月龄雄性大鼠随机分为自由摄食(AL)、对饲(PF)和缺锌(ZD)组,以合成饲料饲养5周,制备缺锌动物模型。结果 ZD组血浆、肝、肾、睾丸锌含量,以及体重、体重增长值、饲料效价均显著低于AL和PF组;肝、肾、睾丸重量减轻,但其内脏指数增加,脾脏重量及其指数均显著降低;血浆蛋白总量,肝及睾丸组织RNA和蛋白质含量均低于AL和PF组,但DNA水平三组间差异不显著。PF组体重、体重增长值、内脏重量及组织RNA含量低于AL组,但其它指标与AL组无显著性差异。结论 锌缺乏时通过引起食欲减退,热量营养不足所造成的间接作用,以及各组织中锌缺乏对代谢的直接影响,从而抑制大鼠的生长发育。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of zinc deficiency on the development and of nucleic acid and protein metabolism of tissues in growing rats Methods: One month old male rats were randomly divided into ad libitum (AL), pair fed (PF) and zinc deficient (ZD)groups which fed on the synthetic diet for 5 weeks to produce zinc deficiency models Results: The zinc contents in plasma, liver, kidney and testis of ZD rats were significantly lower than those of AL or PF rats The body weight, weight gain, and feed efficiency of ZD rats were low, compared with AL or PF rats In ZD group, the weights of liver, kidney and testis decreased, their viseral indexes increased, but the weight and index of spleen decreased Contents of RNA and protein in liver and testis as well as plasma protein level decreased obviously in ZD rats However, DNA contents had no difference among the three groups The body weight, weight gain, visceral weight and RNA content of PF group were also lower than those of AL group, but there was no difference in other indexes between both of the groups Conclusion: Zinc deficiency can suppress the growth and development of rats, which results from a combination of an indirect effect caused by the low food intake and a direct effect due to the zinc deficiency in various tissues
