口腔专科医院护理实习生的临床教学实践及效果

摘    要:目的探讨口腔专科医院护理专业实习生的临床教学方法。方法以20082012年在我院轮转实习的护理专业208名实习生为教学对象,通过健全教学管理组织和教学管理制度、组建护理师资队伍、制订教学计划,以及进行多方面多阶段的教学评价等方式,完成了护理专业实习生的临床带教任务。结果实习生对于口腔专业理论知识和实践技能的掌握情况都达到了较好的学习效果。师生双向考评结果显示,带教教师需要加强对实习生的指导职能,实习生的沟通能力则有待提高。结论科学合理的护理实习生带教方式促进了口腔专科医院护理实习生临床教学的发展,有利于口腔专业护士的培养。

Abstract:Objective To summarize the clinical teaching experience for 208 nursing students in the stomatologi- cal hospital from year 2008 to 2012. Methods The key points were perfecting the teaching management system and regulations,building a nursing teaching team,making teaching plans and comprehensive teaching evaluation sys- tem. Results This practice achieved favorable learning outcomes in theoretical knowledge and skills. The bidi- rectional evaluation between teachers and students indicated that the clinical teachers needed to strengthen the guidance for students,while the students needed to improve communication skills. Conclusion Scientific and appropriate clinical teaching model in stomatologieal hospitals can promote the quality of clinical teaching and the training of stomatological specialized nurses.
