哈尔滨医科大学护理本科毕业生质量调查研究

目的调查哈尔滨医科大学护理学院2003级至2011级9届护理学专业本科毕业生质量,为进一步实施教学改革提供依据。方法采用自制护理本科毕业生质量调查问卷,对接收我校护理本科毕业生的22个省53所用人单位进行信函调查,并对结果进行分析。结果用人单位对我校护理本科毕业生的职业道德与工作态度、知识水平和临床工作能力的满意度较高,分别为98.0%、97.1%、95.5%;对外语和计算机的应用能力、创新与科研能力的满意度较低,分别为91.0%、90.3%。结论用人单位对毕业生质量的总体评价良好,护理本科生的创新与科研能力及外语和计算机应用能力有待加强和提高。

A survey on the professional quality of baccalaureate nursing graduates in Harbin Medical University

Objective To investigate the professional quality of baccalaureate nursing graduates in Harbin Medical University ,and to provide reference for further implementation of teaching reform. Methods Fifty-three hospitals or institutions in 22 provinces which employed baccalaureate nursing graduates from Harbin Medical University com- pleted a self-designed questionnaire to rate the professional quality of baccalaureate nursing graduates. Results The employers were more satisfied with the graduates＇ professional ethics and working attitude（98.0%）,profe- ssional knowledge（97.1%）,and practical ability （95.5% ） ,while less satisfied with the graduates＇ English and computer ability（91.0%） and innovation and research capacity（90.3%）. Conclusion The employers provide high appraisal on the professional quality of baccalaureate nursing graduates. It is suggested to further improve nursing undergraduates＇ innovation and research ability,English and computer ability.
