运用统计图管理护理不良事件的研究

目的探讨运用统计图管理护理不良事件的作用。方法运用统计图管理我院2011年发生的护理不良事件82例和2012年发生的护理不良事件61例,对发生时段、年度运用直条图进行统计分析;对发生原因运用构成图比较分析;用鱼骨图、根本原因分析法及失效模式和效应分析法查找问题,提出相应改进措施。比较两年发生的护理不良事件。结果 2012年与2011年比较,护理不良事件发生率由17.10%下降到12.66%;毕业5年内护士发生率由70.73%下降到49.18%;最高峰时段发生率由71.95%下降到52.46%,护理不良事件损害级别明显下降。结论运用统计图管理护理不良事件,可降低护理不良事件的发生率。

Application of statistical figures in the management of nursing adverse events

Objective To explore the methods and effects of applying statistical figures to managing nursing ad- verse events. Methods Totally 143 cases of nursing adverse events（82 cases in 2011 and 61 cases in 2012） were analyzed by using statistical figures. Bar charts were used to analyze the month ,time ,category ,damage grade ,depart- ment and title of involving staff; pie charts were used to analyze the causes and proportions of each kind of nurs ing adverse events; the fishbone diagram,root cause analysis and failure mode and effect analysis were used to analyze the causes and problems and propose improvement measures. The incidence of nursing adverse events was compared in the two recent years. Resnlts Compared with 2011,the incidence of nursing adverse events decreased from 17.10% to 12.66%; the incidence of nursing adverse events involving in nurses with less than five working years decreased from 70.73% to 49.18%; the peak incidence dropped from 71.95% to 52.46%; the damage grade decreased. Conclusion Using statistical figures to managing nursing adverse events can increase the reporting rate and reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events.
