| 摘 要： | 目的探讨气囊填堵联合壳聚糖抗菌成膜喷剂治疗肠造口周围粪水性皮炎的方法及效果。方法将60例肠造口4级粪水性皮炎患者随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组运用气囊填堵肠造口收集管理粪水后,再用壳聚糖抗菌成膜喷剂外喷相结合的方法护理;对照组给予常规护肤粉护理。结果治疗后第1天两组效果比较无差异(P>0.05),治疗后第3天、第5天试验组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论气囊导尿管填堵联合壳聚糖抗菌成膜喷剂应用于肠造口周围粪水性皮炎护理,能有效促进粪水性皮炎的愈合,可尝试在临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the treatment effect of air balloon combined with chitosan antibacterial film spray for patients with peristomal fecal dermatitis. Methods Sixty colostomy patients with peristomal fecal dermatitis were randomly divided into two groups. The air balloon combined with chitosan antibacterial film spray was applied in the experimental group,while routine skin care powder was used in the control group. Results The treatment effect in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group at the third day and fifth day（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Air balloon combined with chitosan antibacterial film spray can effectively promote the healing of peristomal fecal dermatitis. |
