| 摘 要： | 目的探讨耳穴磁珠贴压治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝郁气滞型失眠的方法及临床疗效。方法将58例慢性乙型肝炎肝郁气滞型失眠症患者分为试验组和对照组。试验组30例在常规治疗的基础上加用耳穴磁珠贴压,对照组28例仅采用常规治疗。比较两组患者睡眠改善情况。结果干预后试验组SPIEGEL睡眠量表评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论耳穴磁珠贴压对慢性乙型肝炎肝郁气滞型失眠症有较好的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the treatment efficacy of auricular point acupressure with magnetic bead on insomnia in patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods Fifty- eight chronic hepatitis B patients with insomnia were divided into two groups. Thirty patients in the experimental group received auricular point acupressure with magnetic bead in addition to routine treatment. The symptoms of insomnia were compared between the two groups. Results The patients＇ SPIEGEL sleep scale score in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈O.01）. Conclusion Auricular point acupressure with magnetic bead can relieve the symptoms of insomnia in patients with chronic hepatitis B. |
