| 摘 要： | 目的探讨对护理大专实习生进行人文关怀能力培养的方法与效果。方法将2011年实习的76名护理大专生作为试验组,进行人文关怀能力培养,将2010年69名实习生作为对照组。比较两组实习生人文关怀能力及患者对实习生的满意度。结果试验组实习生的人文关怀能力总分及各维度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05);患者对试验组实习生的满意度高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论在临床实习中对护理专业实习生进行人文关怀能力培养,能提高实习生的人文关怀能力,并提高患者对实习生的满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the methods and effects of caring ability training for associate nursing students in clinical practice. Methods Seventy-six associate nursing students in 2011 were recruited as the experimental group receiving caring ability training in clinical practice,while the 69 nursing students in 2010 were recruited as the control group. The students＇ caring ability and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total score and factor scores of caring ability in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）;the patients＇ satisfaction to nursing students in the experimental group was higher than the control group（P〈0.01 ）.Conclusion Strengthening caring ability training for nursing students in clinical practice can improve their caring ability and increase patient satisfaction. |
