| 摘 要： | 天津中医药大学护理学院自2010年起设置"老年护理专业方向",采用校企共建的方式培养老年护理专业方向本科生。本文介绍了三年来校企共建老年护理专业方向在培养模式与运行机制方面所进行的研究与探索,为设有老年护理专业方向的院校提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | The Nursing School of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine has set geriatric nursing specialty to cultivate undergraduates in the way of school and enterprise collaboration since 2010. This paper intro- duced the training mode and operating system of school and enterprise collaboration in the building of geriatric nursing specialty,which aimed to provide reference for other nursing schools. |
