儿科新护士专科知识及技能的缺失情况和培训方法

摘    要:目的了解新护士缺失的儿科临床疾病知识及技能情况,并探讨培训方法及效果。方法在培训前对儿科新护士专科知识和技能进行评估,对护士普遍缺失的14种疾病知识和10项护理操作进行培训,然后通过考核和问卷调查评价培训效果。结果 150名新护士100%顺利通过理论与技能考核。新护士对培训的课程及内容满意度达98.0%,对理论授课教师及操作带教教师满意度分别达到92.6%、96.8%。结论新护士有14种儿科疾病专科知识和10项专科技能缺失明显,经针对性培训后掌握良好。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the level of specialized knowledge and skills in new pediatric nurses,and explore the methods and effects of training. Methods The specialized knowledge and skills among 150 new pediatric nurses were assessed. Then,targeted training was provided aimed at 14 kinds of common diseases and I0 specialized skills. The training effects were evaluated by exams and questionnaires. Results All new nurses passed the exams of knowledge and skills. Their satisfaction was 98.0% in the curriculum and contents of training,92.6% in the teachers of theoretical knowledge and 96.8% in the skills instructors. Conclusion New pediatric nurses lack 14 kinds of pediatric diseases knowledge and 10 specialized skills. The training outcomes are satisfactory.
