情境模拟教学法在产科护理教学中的应用研究

摘    要:目的评价情境模拟教学法在产科护理教学中的应用效果。方法以20082011级护理专业助产方向的132名本科生为对象,在高级助产学课程中实施情境模拟教学法。结果实施情境模拟教学法的学生高级助产学课程成绩高于未实施者(P<0.05);学生认为该教学方法能增强对各种信息的综合运用和临床思维能力(93.18%),促进自主学习和学习兴趣(96.97%),增强团队合作能力(94.70%),锻炼沟通能力(91.67%),提高心理素质(90.15%)。结论情境模拟教学法能促进学生自主学习,提升其信息运用和临床思维能力、沟通能力和团队合作能力,有效提高教学效果。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effects of simulation teaching in the course of Obstetric Nursing. Methods Simulation teaching was implemented among 132 undergraduate nursing students in Grade 2008 to 2011 in the course of Obstetric Nursing. Results The students' course performance was significantly higher than Grade 2007(P〈0.05). They reported that this teaching method improved their ability of information utilization and clinical thinking(93.18%),promoted self-directed learning and learning enthusiasm(96.97%),enhanced their team spirit(94.70%),communication skills(91.67%) and psychological quality(90.15%). Conclusion Simulation teaching can promote nursing students' self-directed learning,improve their abilities of information utilization,clinical thinking,communication skills and team spirit,and thereby to improve the teaching outcomes.
