项目引导与任务驱动教学法在内科护理学教学中的应用研究

摘    要:目的探讨项目引导、任务驱动教学法在内科护理学教学中的应用。方法将专科护理两个班随机分为试验班(56名)和对照班(56名)。试验班采用项目引导、任务驱动教学法,建立以学生为主体的课堂教学格局,即课前给学生布置学习任务——学生分工完成任务——课时讨论分析——学生自己编写案例并进行案例情境模拟——课后反思和综合评价的教学模式。对照班教师应用课件授课、学生自由提问、播放科教片的教学方法。结果试验班学生理论考试成绩、实训考核成绩均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论项目引导、任务驱动教学法优于传统教学法,应在护理专业教学中加以推广和应用。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effects of project guide and task driven teaching method in the course of Medical Nursing. Methods Two classes of associate nursing students were randomly divided into two groups. Traditional teaching method was implemented in the control group,while project guide and task driven teaching method was adopted in the experimental group. The teachers assigned learning tasks before class,and the students discussed and completed the tasks in groups,designed cases and finished scene simulated practice,then reflected and evaluated the teaching mode after class. Results The performance in theory exam and skills test in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P〈0.01). Conclusion Project guide and task driven teaching method is superior to traditional teaching method. It is worthy to be applied in nursing education.
