奥沙利铂、卡培他滨联合恩度治疗老年晚期大肠癌近期疗效研究

目的：观察奥沙利铂、卡培他滨联合恩度治疗老年晚期大肠癌的疗效和不良反应。方法：23例均为术后有残留病灶或复发转移有可测量病灶的晚期大肠癌患者。第1天静脉滴注奥沙利铂130mg／m^2；卡培他滨2500mg／m^2，分早晚2次口服，恩度15mg加入生理盐水500ml中匀速缓慢静脉滴注。第1—14天连续给药，间歇7d重复，3周为一周期。结果：23例患者CR完全缓解2例，PR部分缓解10例，SD疾病稳定6例，SD〉6个月5例，PD疾病进展5例，近期有效率（CR＋PR）为52．17％，临床获益率为78．26％。不良反应主要为手足综合征、神经毒性、心脏毒性，多为Ⅰ-Ⅱ度。结论：奥沙利铂、卡培他滨联合恩度的方案治疗老年晚期大肠癌疗效高，不良反应小，老年患者能耐受，临床可以广泛推广应用。

Short term efficacy of combination of oxaliplatin,capecitabine and endostar in the treatment of advanced colorectal carcinoma in old patients

Objective To observe the clinical effcicacy and toxicity of oxaliplatin,capecitabine and recombinant human endostatin injection(endostar) in the treatment of advanced colorectal carcinoma in old patients.Method Total 23 patients all had residual focuses or recurrence or metastases which could be measured.Oxalip was given at a dose of 130mg/m2 by intravenous injection at day 1;capecitabine was orally given at a dose of 2 500mg/m2,twice a day for two weeks,and every 3 weeks was a cycle.15mg endostar solved in 500ml of normal saline was slow intravenously dropped from day 1 to day 14,repeated 7 days later.Results Among 23 patients,the response rate(CR+PR) was 52.17%,with 2 CR,10 PR,6 SD,5 SD>6 monhts,5 PD.The clinical benefit rate was 78.26%.The major side effects were hand-foot syndrome in 9(39.10%),neural toxity in 10(43.10%),heart toxity in 6(26.10%),and the degree of the major side effects were about Ⅰ～Ⅱ.Conclusion The oxaliplatin,capecitabine combined with endostar for advanced colorectal carcinoma has advantages of good effects,less side effects,more recipiented and better-tolerated to old patients.
