中药抗肿瘤作用及其作用机制研究进展

中药因具有活血化瘀、清热解毒、扶正固本等功效而发挥抗肿瘤作用,可作用于肿瘤发生、发展的多个环节,具有多靶点、多环节、多效应的特点。主要从中药诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、逆转肿瘤细胞多药耐药、抑制肿瘤细胞侵袭转移等方面对中药抗肿瘤作用及其机制研究现状进行综述。

Research Advance on Anti-tumor Effects and Mechanisms of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Traditional Chinese medicine is provided with Anti-tumor effects because of an array of efficacies such as clearing away heat and removing toxic,Huoxuehuayu,Fuzhengguben and so on.It may affect on many links of occurrence and development of tumor,with multi-target,multi-link,multi-effect characteristics.This article reviews the recent progress of research on anti-cancer effects and mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine,including induction of tumor cell apoptosis,inhibition of tumor cell proliferation,against multidrug resistance of tumor cells,inhibited effect on tumor cell invasion and metastasis,and so on.
