氢氧化钙根管消毒药物在临床的应用

摘    要:目的 观察对比氢氧化钙固化药尖和樟脑酚的根管消毒效果。方法  6 5颗单根患牙 ,X线片明确诊断为慢性根尖炎或慢性根尖炎急性发作者 ,根管预备后分为两组 (氢氧化钙组 /樟脑酚组 ) ,观察封药前后根管细菌培养结果 ,记录临床检查结果。结果 患者不适症状封药前后都有明显减轻 (P <0 .0 5 ,Wilcoxon检验 ) ,氢氧化钙组比樟脑酚组的叩诊症状改善明显 (P <0 .0 5 ,Mann -Whitney检验 )。厌氧细菌培养两组间统计学结果无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 ,Wilcoxon检验 ) ,不同试验组内封药后比封药前平均菌落计数明显降低 (P <0 .0 1,t检验 )。结论 氢氧化钙根管消毒药物缓解临床叩痛疗效明显 ,抗菌效果与樟脑酚无明显差异。此外 ,氢氧化钙具有消毒效果持久 ,不致敏 ,具收敛性 ,价廉实用方便的优点。建议临床推广使用 ,替代酚类消毒药物。

Effect of calcium hydroxide-releasing dressing on infection in pulpless teeth with periapical bone lesions

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the fate of mic ro organisms in root canals of teeth with periapical bone lesions by using calcium hydroxide and camphorated phenol.Methods The root canals of 65 single-root teeth with peri apical bone lesions were prepared by using standard method. The teeth were divid ed into two groups. One group(35) was dressed with calcium hydroxide while anoth er group(30) was dressed with camphorated phenol. Following clinical criteria (tenderness of percussion, apical palpation , post-treatment pain) were examin ed at every visit. Endodontic sample were cultured and microorganisms were count ed before and after dressing.Results There was no significant differences in microorga nisms counting between the different groups( Ca(OH) 2 and CP). Significant diff erences between group Ca(OH) 2 and group CP were found only for the tendern ess of percussion during treatment, in each group, patient discomfort and microb iological sampling significantly decreased before and after dressing.Conclusion Because of the potential hazards of camphorate d phenol, calcium hydroxide-releasing point has a good antibacterial effect and can be used as a root canal medicament instead of camphorated phenol.
