2006年江西省血吸虫病疫情监测结果分析

目的分析江西省2006年国家级血吸虫病监测点疫情监测结果,了解全省血吸虫病疫情动态,为制订防治对策和评价防治效果提供科学依据。方法依照《全国血吸虫病监测方案》的技术要求,实施血吸虫病疫情监测点工作,统计与分析2006年监测数据。结果全省12个监测点人群粪检总阳性率为2.79%,水牛和黄牛的阳性率分别为6.20%和1.50%,平均活螺密度为0.7638只/0.11m2,平均阳性螺密度为0.0024只/0.11m2。结论监测点居民血吸虫病感染率呈下降趋势,渔民、农民和商业服务人员的感染率仍然较高,急感防控措施亟待加强。

Analysis on the surveillance results of schistosomiasis in Jiangxi province in 2006

Objective To analyze the results of the national surveillance on schistosomiasis in Jiangxi province in 2006, and to understand the whole provincial endemic situation, so as to provide scientific evidence for making out prevention and control strategy and evaluating on control effect. Methods The practical work for the surveillance in the sites was carried out according to the national protocol, and the surveillance data in 2006 were analyzed. Results The average positive rate for the 12 national surveillance sites was 2.79% with the method of stool examination. The positive rate of buffalo and cattle was 6.20% and 1.50%, respectively. The average density of living snail and infected snail was 0.763 8/0.11m2 and 0.002 4/0.11m2, respectively. Conclusion The infection rate of the residents in the surveillance sites displayed decline tendency. The infection rate of fisherman, farmer, and commercial service people was relatively higher. The prevention measures on acute schistosomiasis should be strengthened.
