| 摘 要： | 目的：对湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)外用治疗肛肠疾病进行疗效观察。方法：将2004年6月-2004年12月我院治疗的36例各种痔、肛裂、肛瘘等患者通过跟踪随访，在愈合时间、治愈率、并发症三方面进行观察分析。结果：患者平均愈合时间短、治愈率高，术后出血、肛门瘢痕等并发症少。结论：湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)外用治疗肛肠疾病效果好，是治疗肛肠疾病比较理想的外用药物。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the efficacy of external application of MEBO in treating anal and intestinal diseases. Method: 36 cases with different anal and intestinal diseases including hemorrhoid, anal fissure, anal fistula, etc. were treated with MEBO. Observations were done in three respects including wound healing time, curative rate and complication incidence. Result: The average wound healing time was short, curative rate was high and the incidence of bleeding and scar formation was low. Conclusion: External application of MEBO is efficacious in treating anal and intestinal diseases. |
