| 摘 要： | 观察主动脉瓣返流患者脑动脉血流动力学变化。方法：选取观察组４６例，对照组５０例，采用彩色超声心动图、经颅多普勒分别观察心脏主动脉瓣返流性质和程度及其他情况，观察脑动脉血流动力学各项指数。结果观察组４６例，其中单纯主动脉瓣返流３４例，主动脉瓣返流伴二尖瓣病变１２例；对照列。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the cerebral artery hemodynamics in aortic regurgitation(AR).Methods:Forty six 46 AR patients (12 complicated with mitral valve disease)and 50 normal were studied with color Doppler echocardiography and transcranial Doppler.Results and Conclusion:Systolic flow velocity(Vs),pulsatility index(PI)of the cerebral arteries of the diseased were significantly increased than those of the control( P <0 01).The enddiastolic flow velocity(Vd)was decreased significantly( P <0 01).The mean flow velocity(Vm)was not significantly changed. |
