| 摘 要： | 包头市在开展婚姻保健工作中,为保证婚检质量,重点抓了质量控制和科学管理.全市统一了婚检工作的要求和标准,制订了规章制度,实行了技术人员上岗培训和《合格证》制度,制定了分类指导和目标责任制,建立了婚检档案.由于加强了领导,实行质量控制和科学管理,提高了婚检质量.

| Abstract: | This article reports that stresses have been put on the quality control and scientific management in carrying out pre-marriage examination by Baotou Public Health Bureau, Inner Mongoia. These measures involve standardizing of requirements and regulations,implmenting of pre-post training and certificate system, instruction and obiec tives responsibility system,establishing of files,which have greatly contributed to the improvement of pre-mar riage examination quality. |
