| 摘 要： | 目的：考察米托蒽醌白蛋白微球和米托蒽醌联糖白蛋白球的体外释药规律。方法：采用动脉透析法释药，分光光度法测定米托蒽酯含量。结果：二者在体外释药符合双指数双相动力学规律，但后者达释药平衡快（约6小时），累积释放量几科比前者小一倍。结论：两种微球的累积药分数经单因数经单因数经方差分析，具有显著差异。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To study the differences of drug release between the mitoxantrone albumin microspheres(DHAQ AM) and galactosyl mitoxantrone albumin microspheres(Gal DHAQ AM) in vitro METHODS:Membrane diffusion technique was used to study the drug release pattern from mitoxantrone albumin microspheres(DHAQ AM) and galactosyl albumin microspheres(Gal DHAQ AM)lyophilization in vitro RESULTS:Both could be fixed by a two phasic first order release model But the later achieved equilibrium faster(about 6 hours)and its release percentage was lower Single factor multivariate analysis of variance was conducted according to the collective release percentage of two kinds of microspheres CONCLUSION:There is significant difference between the microspheres before and after modificating with galactose |
