| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨臀肌筋膜挛缩症的手术治疗效果。方法：手术治疗34例髋肌筋膜挛缩症患者。术中探查臀肌挛缩情况，切断、松解挛缩带，或作臀中肌肌腱延长。结果：34例患者经6个月随访，优32例，良2例；经2年以上随访，优30例，良4例，近期、远期疗效满意。结论：该手术创伤小，术后功能较好，是治疗臀筋膜挛缩症的较满意手术方案。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the operative effects of gluteal muscle contracture. Methods 34 patients were treated with operation. During operation, contracture of gluteal muscle was explored, then cutting and releasing the contracture tract or extending the tendon of middle gluteal muscle. Results Of the cases followed up by 6 months after operation,32 were excellent,2 good. Of the cases followed up more than 2 years, 30 cases were excellent,4 good. The results were satisfactory. Conclusion The operation has the advantages of minitrauma and good function recovery, which is a satisfactory method to treat the gluteal muscle contracture. |
