大孔吸附树脂分离纯化湖北贝母总生物碱的研究

摘    要:目的:研究湖北贝母总生物碱的纯化方法。方法:采用50%乙醇提取,D101型大孔吸附树脂分离纯化的方法。结果:提取物中的湖北贝母总生物碱含量达到74%。结论:D101型大孔吸附树脂适合分离纯化湖北贝母总生物碱。

Abstract:AIM: To study the separation and purification of the total alkaloids of Fritillaria hupehensis Hsiao et K.C.Hsia. METHODS: Fritillaria hupehensis Hsiao et K.C.Hsia was extracted by 50% EtOH and purified by D_(101) macroporous adsorption resin. RESULTS: The content of the total alkaloids in the extracts was 74%.(CONCLUSION:)D_(101) macroporous adsorption resin is greatly effective for the isolation and purification of the total alkaloids of Fritillaria hupehensis Hsiao et K.C.Hsia.
