重型颅脑损伤并发多器官功能衰竭46例分析

目的探讨重型颅脑损伤并发多器官功能衰竭的发病因素、临床特点及防治措施.方法对近4年收治的962例重型颅脑损伤中并发多器官功能衰竭(MOF)的46例临床资料进行回顾分析.结果死于MOF 36例(死亡率78.26%),死亡率随着功能衰竭的器官数量增多而增高,4个以上器官功能衰竭者100%死亡.结论重型颅脑损伤并发多器官功能衰竭预后差,死亡率高.强调对MOF的早期识别、早期诊断、早期治疗以及治疗上的统筹兼顾,防治结合.

Analysis of 46 patients with multiple organ failure following severe craniocerebral injury

[Objective] To investigate the pathogenic elements,clinical characteristic and preventive and treatable methods of multiple organ failure(MOF)following severe craniocerebral injury(SCI).[Methods] Nine hundred and sixty-two patients with SCI admitted to our department during the last 4 years were retrospectively analyzed,and 46 patients followed by MOF.[Results] Among them 36 died of MOF(The death rate is 78.26%),the death rate increased but increased along with the quantity of the organ failure,and the death rate of the patients with more than 4 organs failure is 100 percent.[Conclusion] The prognosis was bad and the death rate was high of the patients with MOF following SCI.We emphasize the early recognition,early diagnose and early treatment and the treatment of overall planning and all-round consideration and prevention in combination with treatment.
