16排螺旋CT靶重建扫描技术对孤立性肺结节的诊断价值

目的:探讨16排螺旋CT靶重建扫描技术对孤立性肺结节的诊断价值。方法:对20例经肺部常规16排螺旋CT扫描发现的孤立性肺结节(≤3.0cm)患者同时行靶重建扫描,所得图像分别就肺内结节的形态、内部结构、支气管征、空泡征等进行逐一判定,并分别做出定性诊断。结果:靶重建扫描比普通CT扫描可提供更多的信息,对良恶性病变的鉴别诊断有较大的价值。结论:靶重建扫描技术应为孤立性肺结节CT扫描的最佳方法。

The Value of Targeted Reconstructing 16 Spiral CT Scaning Technique in the Diagonosis of Solitary Pulmonary Nodule

Objective To explore the value of targeted reconstructing 16 spiral CT scaning technique in the dianosis of solitary pulmonary nodel.Methods Trageted econstructing 16 spiral CT scaning was in 20 patients with solitary pulmonary nodel(≤3.0 cm)detected on conventional 16 multislice spiral CT scans. The shape,the internal characteristics of the nodules,the air bronchogram,the psuedocaritation,were analyzed and qualitation was made.Results The targeted reconstructing scan can provide more information than that of the conventional CT scan.It has great diagnostic values in differentiating benign and malignant diseases.Conclusion Targeted reconstructing scaning technique should be considered as the best choice for solitary pulmonary nodel.
