摘    要:目的 观察实验性肝纤维化过程中金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)蛋白表达水平的动态变化。方法 建立四氯化碳中毒性大鼠肝纤维化模型,采用免疫印迹方法(Western blot法),测定肝纤维化不同阶段TIMP-1的蛋白表达水平。结果 正常大鼠肝组织可见TIMP-1的蛋白表达。在肝纤维化的发生、发展过程中,TIMP-1蛋白表达逐渐增强,到肝硬化阶段达到高峰。结论 TIMP-1可能是促进和影响肝纤维化、肝硬化形成的重要因素。

Abstract:To investigate the dynamic alteration of tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase 1(TIMP 1) protein expression in experimental liver fibrosis. Methods CCl 4 induced animal models of liver fibrosis was established and TIMP 1 protein expression level in different stages of liver fibrosis was measured by Western blot. Results TIMP 1 protein expression was detected in normal rat liver.TIMP 1 protein expression level was increased gradually in the development of liver fibrosis, reached its peak at the stage of liver cirrhosis. Conclusion TIMP 1 may be an important factor in promoting liver fibrosis and cirhosis.
