格列美脲与格列吡嗪治疗2型糖尿病的比较

目的比较格列美脲与格列吡嗪在2型糖尿病中的疗效。方法158例2型糖尿病患者随机分为格列美脲组和格列吡嗪组。格列美脲组80例,初始剂量2mg,每日1次,每2周根据血糖增加1mg,至最大剂量为6mg;格列吡嗪78例,初始剂量每日5mg,分3次服,每次增加2.5mg,至最大剂量为20mg,观察时间为12周。治疗前后监测病人空腹、餐后2h血糖、胰岛素和C肽水平。结果两组间降糖作用的有效率,空腹、餐后2h血糖及糖化血红蛋白的变化差异均无显著性。格列美脲组餐后2h血清胰岛素和C肽的升高显著低于格列吡嗪组(P<0.01),但空腹胰岛素及C肽水平两组间差异无显著性。低血糖的发生率差异不显著。结论格列美脲治疗2型糖尿病与格列吡嗪疗效相似,但格列美脲组每日服药1次,病人的依从性大大增加。

Comarision of effect between glimepiride and glipizide on type 2 diabetics

Objective To compare the efficacy between glimepiride and glipizide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods One hundred and fifty-eight type 2 diabetic patients were randomly assigned to glimepiride group or glipizide group. The whole observation lasted 12 weeks. Results Similar decreases in fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose and HbAlc were showed in both glimepiride and glipizide groups. Glimepiride had less effect on increasing 2 h postprandial serum insulin and C-peptide level than glipizide did (P<0.01). But there was no difference on the fasting serum insulin and C-peptide between the two groups. There was no difference in the incidence of hypoglycemia between the two groups. Conclusion Similar efficacy in the treatment of type 2 diabetic patients was showed in both glimepiride and glipizide groups; but glimepiride improves the diabetic′s compliance with the treatment.
