芦笋茎皮化学成分的研究

摘    要:从芦笋茎皮中分得7个化合物,经理化常数测定和光谱分析,分别鉴定为:十六烷酸(1),二十四烷酸(Ⅱ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅲ),胡菌卜苷(Ⅳ),亚莫苷元-3-O-L-鼠李吡喃糖(1→4)β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷(Ⅴ),asparasaponinⅡ(Ⅳ),asparasaponinⅠ(Ⅶ)。Ⅴ为首次从该属植物中分得的螺旋皂苷。

Abstract:Seven constituents were isolated from the dried stem bark of Asparagus officinalis L. They were elucidated by chemical reactions and spectral data as palmatic acid(I), tetracosanoic acid(II), β-sitosterol(III), daucosterol (IV), yamogenin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4 )-β-D-glucopyranoside ] (V), asparasaponin II(VI), asparasaponin I(VII).V is a spirostanol saponin isolated for the first time from this genus.
