贵阳市1402名中学教师高甘油三脂血症及相关疾病流行病学调查

目的 :调查贵阳市属中学 14 0 2名教师及退休教师高甘油三脂血症及相关疾病的患病情况。方法 :测量身高体重并计算体重指数、测血压、空腹血糖、甘油三脂和高密度脂蛋白 ,将所得结果作统计学处理。结果 :查出 5 5 0例高甘油三脂血症患者 ,总患病率为 39 2 3% ,以 5 0～ 6 9岁年龄段为高 ,占患者的 72 0 0 % ;男性患病率高于女性 ,差异有高度显著性 ,P <0 0 1。患者的MBI、SBP、DBP和FPG均值高于非患者 ,而患者的HDL均值低于非患者 ;患者的低高密度脂蛋白血症、超重肥胖、高血压病和糖尿病的患病人数亦高于非患者。结论 :贵阳市属中学教师的高甘油三脂血症患病率及相关疾病的患病情况应引起重视。

An Epidemiological Investigation on Hypertriglyceridemia and Its Related Diseases among 1 402 Teachers and Retired Teachers of the Municipal Middle Schools in Guiyang

Objective: To investigate the prevalence of hypertriglyceridemia and its related diseases among 1402 teachers and retired teachers of the municipal middle schools in Guiyang city. Methods: Blood pressure (BP), body mass index (BMI), the fasting plasma glucose (FPG), triglycerides (TG) and high density lipoprotein (HDL) were measured. Results: 550 (39 23%) hypertriglyceridemia cases were diagnosed. The prevalence rate of this disease was relatively high in age group of 50 to 69 (72 00%). The prevalent rates of hypo high density lipoprotein cholesterolemia, overweight, obesity, hypertension and diabetes mellitus were higher in teachers with hypertriglyceridemia, than those in teachers without hypertriglyceridemia. Conclusions: The prevalent rate of hypertriglyceridemia is high among elderly middle school teachers of Guiyang. The relativity was remarkable between hypertriglyceridemia and those diseases like hypo high density lipoprotein cholesterolemia, overweight, obesity, hypertension and diabetes mellitus. Attention should be paid to hypertriglyceridemia and its related diseases among teachers of middle schools in Guiyang city. [
