| 摘 要： | 文章对1979～2007年间我国学者有关高等医学院校学制研究的文献作了比较系统全面的回顾，并从如何正确借鉴国际先进经验和如何保证卫生服务效益两方面，评价和分析既往文献的不足之处，为今后的同类研究引导出正确的思路。

| Abstract: | The research documents about educational system of medical schools were reviewed,and after deep analysis,some inadequacy was found by means of how to learn from advanced skills and how to improve the benefit of health service.This paper also put forward the chain of thought about reform of educational system of medical schools. |
