| 摘 要： | 玻璃膜疣是老年性黄斑变性(AMD)的重要诊断标志。本文通过分析玻璃膜疣与中医证型、症状、体征的关系,认为玻璃膜疣属痰湿,其产生主要与虚证有关,而虚证之中,又以脾气虚为中心环节。进而认识到AMD的早期病机当以脾气虚为主。因而提出,对AMD的预防及早期治疗,应以健脾益气为治则。

| Abstract: | Drusen is an important criterion for the diagnosis of Aging Macular Degeneration (AMD). In this paper, the author analysed the relationship between the drusen with zheng classification, symptoms and signs. It was shown that drusen attributive to phlegm dampness is related to asthenia syndrome, especially to deficiency of spleen-qi, and, the pathogenesis of early AMD is chiefly the deficiency of spleen-qi. Therefore, it is believed that benefiting qi and invigorating spleen should be the TCM principle of the prevention and treatment of AMD. |
