| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察复方甘草酸苷治疗淤胆型戊型肝炎的效果。方法 :将59例淤胆型戊型肝炎患者分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组给予复方甘草酸苷治疗 ;对照组给予甘草酸二铵治疗。治疗前、后检测相关生化指标。结果 :丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶的平均复常时间两组无显著性差异 (P>0.05) ;总胆红素、碱性磷酸酶、γ -谷氨酰转移酶的平均复常时间治疗组明显短于对照组 (P<0.05)。结论 :复方甘草酸苷治疗淤胆型戊型肝炎的效果优于甘草酸二铵。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To observe the therapeutic effect of compound glycyrrhizin(SNMC)on hepatitis E of cholestasis type.METHODS:59patients with hepatitis E of cholestasis type were divided into trial group(SNMC)and control group(diam_ monium glycyrrhizinate).The related parameters were determined before and after treatment.RESULTS:There were no difˉferences in average recovery time of ALT and AST between2groups(P>0.05),the average recovery periods of TBIL,AKP and rGT were shorter in trial group than in control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:The therapeutic effect of SNMC on hep_ atitis E of cholestasis type is better than that of diammonium glycyrrhizinate. |
