十全大补汤对小鼠免疫功能影响的实验研究

目的：为了研究十全大补汤对免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法；以环磷酰胺和氢化波尼松造成免疫抑制小鼠模型，分别给予100％和50％的十全大补汤灌胃，0．5ml／只／d，以SRBC-DTH、ATER、HA和脾指数作为检测指标。结果：100％和50％的十全大补汤均可明显提高小鼠的SRBC-DTH水平及ATER且均可使脾重及指数明显下降，水肿减轻。结论：十全大补汤可明显改善化疗药物的副作用，提高小鼠的细胞免疫和体液免疫功能。

TheStudy on Influence of Shiquan Dabu Tang on Immunity in Mice

PurPose: To study the effects of shiquan Dabu Ttang on immunity in immuno-suppresive mice.Methods:The mice inhibited in immunity by CXT and Red are given 50% SDT and 100% SDT by gavage.The SRBC-DTH,ATER,HA and spleen index were measured.Results:The results show that both 100%SDT and 50%SDTI enhance the level of SRBC-DTH and increase the ATER and decrease spleen index comparison with control ( P< 0 05).Conclusion:SDT can decrease the side effect of chemotherapy and enhance the cellular immunity and humoral immunity.
