摘    要:目的探讨LDL、CRP水平及颈动脉斑块对前循环短暂性脑缺血发作(transientischemicattack,TIA)患者疾病转归的影响。方法检测91例前循环TIA患者的LDL、CRP水平,应用彩色多普勒超声检测其颈动脉宽块的稳定程度,观察疾病的转归,分析LDL、CRP水平对斑块的稳定性和TIA患者疾病转归的影响。结果LDL、CRP水平与TIA患者颈动脉斑块稳定性具有相关性(P〈0.05),TIA患者颈动脉斑块的稳定性与疾病的转归有关联性(关联系数C=0.348,P〈0.05)。结论高水平的LDL、CRP通过形成不稳定动脉斑块从而影响前循环TIA患者疾病的转归。

Abstract:Objective To investigate LDL, CRP level and carotid artery plaque in prognosis of patients with anterior circulation transient ischernic attack (TIA). Methods The levels of LDL and CRP were measured and color Doppler ultrasonography was used to examine the stability of carotid artery plaques in 91 patients with clinical anterior circulation TIA. The correlation of the LDLand CRP levels with the stability of carotid artery plaque and disease outcome of patients with TIA was analyzed. Results The results showed that the levels of LDL and CRP were associated with the formation and stability of carotid artery plaques, and the prognosis of patients with TIA. Conclusion The results indicate that LDL and CRP levels would affect the outcome of anterior circulation disease in TIA patients through the formation of unstable plaques.
