摘    要:目的 :建立大口径毛细管气相色谱法测定人体血浆中丙戊酸浓度。方法 :FFAP0 53mm×30mID为色谱柱 ,柱温为180℃ ,N2 为载气 ,FID为检测器 ,联苯为内标 ,血浆样品加硫酸酸化 ,经氯仿萃取后直接进样。结果 :内标法和外标法的线性范围为25 3~303 6μg/ml,方法回收率均在96 0 %~100 7 %之间 ,两种方法无显著性差异 (P<0 05)。结论 :可采用外标法代替内标法定量。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:A large-bore capillary gas chromatography method has been developed to determine the concentration of valproate in human plasma METHODS:A FFAP phase 0 53mm×30m ID capillary column was used,the column temperature was 180℃ The carrier gas was nitrogen The detector was FID The internal standard was diphenyl The plasma was extracted with chloroform after adding sulfuric acid The extract was injected directly RESULTS:The external standard method and the internal standard method showed a good linearity from 25 3~303 6μg/ml The recoveries were 96 0%~100 7% for valproate There was no significant difference between the two methods(P>0 05) CONCLUSION:It is advisable to use the external standard method to determine the concentration of valproate in human plasma
