| 摘 要： | 目的 了解鲍曼不动杆菌(AB)AFLP分型和耐药性之间的联系.方法 27株临床分离的AB,作采用NCCLS 2004年版抗菌药物敏感试验,采用扩增片段长度多态性分析(AFLP)技术研究基因型,分析耐药性和AFLP基因的树型聚合情况.结果 AB的耐药性树型聚合与AFLP树型聚合分析具有较高的一致性.结论 AB菌耐药性的散播以细菌的扩散和抗菌药物对耐药菌选择性压力为主要途径.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship of drug-resistant in Acinetobacter baumannii with genetypes of AFLP. Methods 27 strains of A. baumannii were clinically isolated. The genetypes were analyzed by Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism. The sensitivity of 13 kinds of antibacterials were analysed according to American NCCLS 2004's Standard. Results There were concordance between drug-resistance and AFLP in Acinetobacter baumannii. Conclusions The diffusion of multi-drug-resistance mainly correlate with the dissemination of A. baumannii and the pressure of antibacterials. |
