手术中应激反应的评估及调控

机体在各种手术刺激的作用下,可引发以交感神经系统和下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质轴兴奋为主的应激反应。手术中强烈持续的应激反应可导致严重的不良反应,影响手术的转归,延长出院时间并且增加患者和社会的负担。因此,如何评估和调控手术中应激反应的程度成了麻醉医师的重要任务。精确评估手术中的应激反应,并施行良好的调控能有效地抑制手术中的应激反应,改善患者的手术转归。本文就手术中应激反应的评估及其调控予以综述。

Assessment and Controlling of the Stress Response During Surgery

The stress response will happen when the body was encountered by nocuous stimulation, which is characterized by increased activation of sympathetic nervous system and the hypothalamic-pituitaryadrenal axis. Excessive and prolonged intraoperative stress may cause severe adverse reaction and influence outcome, length of hospital stay, overall costs of hospital care. So, it is important for anesthetist to assess and control the surgery stress. Stress-free anaesthesia, with measurement-based control of surgery stress, should improve postoperative outcome. This article reviewed the methods of assessment and controlling of the stress response during surgery.
