摘    要:目的:了解以团队为基础的教学(Team-Based Learning,TBL)联合以传统授课为基础的教学(Lecture-Based Leaning,LBL)在血液科生产实习中的应用效果。方法:选取临床医学专业留学生随机分为实验组(TBL组,33人)和对照组(LBL组,33人)。总论部分均采用LBL法进行教学,其他分别用相应教学方法教学,比较两组教学效果。结果:两组成绩比较,综合题测试得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组留学生在综合概括表达能力、主动学习扩展知识等方面较对照组留学生有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:TBL教学法在留学生血液科生产实习中应用效果良好,但具体实施仍需进一步完善。

Application of TBL Teaching Mode in the Teaching of International Hematology Students

Abstract:Objective:To verify the application effect of Team-based Learning(TBL)combined with Lecture-based Learning(LBL)in the course of hematology production practice and supply some advices on how to enhance international students teaching level and the students’interest and ability in learning.Methods:International students were picked up in clinical medicine specialty.TBL method was applied in trial group and LBL method used in control group.Then the teaching results were compared.Results:The difference of scores between the two groups was significant in comprehensive test(P<0.05).Conclusion:TBL method has better application effect in international students teaching of hematology production practice but needs further discussion on the practical usage.
