基层医院自制手套接口单孔腹腔镜成功治疗输卵管妊娠二例报告

目的 探讨单孔腹腔镜在异位妊娠治疗中的优势,以及其在基层医院中的推广应用。方法 回顾性分析我院自制手套接口单孔腹腔镜成功治疗输卵管妊娠2例病例,对单孔腹腔镜在基层医院中的应用进行相关讨论及文献复习。结果 患者接受单孔腹腔镜下输卵管切除术,成功治疗输卵管妊娠,术后切口恢复好,基本达到“无瘢痕”手术。结论 单孔腹腔镜手术可采用外科无菌手套和切口保护圈制成密闭空间,再配合使用传统腹腔镜器械完成手术,并未增加额外费用,有利于该技术在基层医院中的推广应用。

The successful treatment of tubal pregnancy with single port laparoscope with glove interface in primary hospital:Two cases report

Objective To investigate the advantages of single port laparoscopy in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy and its promotion and application in primary hospitals. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital self-made glove interface single port laparoscope successfully treated 2 cases of tubal pregnancy, and related discussions on the application of single port laparoscopy in primary hospitals. Results The patient underwent single-port laparoscopic salpingectomy, which successfully treated tubal pregnancy, and the postoperative incision recovered well, basically achieved " no scar" surgery. Conclusions Laparoendoscopic single-site surgery can use sterile surgical gloves and incision protectors to make a closed space, and then use traditional laparoscopic instruments to complete the operation without adding additional costs, which is conducive to the promotion and application of this technology in primary hospitals.
