基于卓越医师教育培养计划的医学人才培养模式设计与实践

目的：构建合理的医学人才培养模式,建立良好的临床实践教学体系,设计核心医学课程、选修课程以及实习活动 。方法： 设计核心医学课程、选修课程以及实习活动,以临床能力培养作为中心进行课程体系设置,构建综合技能训练教学平台、及临床操作技能考核平台。结果： 建立卓越医师教育培养计划的医学人才培养模式,建立案例教学法,建立以问题为基础的教学方法。结论：基于卓越医师教育培养计划可完善医学课程教学评价体系,为医学人才培养提供了一定参考。

Design of Medical Talent Training Model Based on the Education and Training Program of Excellent Doctors

Purpose: To construct a reasonable training mode for medical talents ,build a good clinical skills teaching system, design core medical courses, elective courses and internship activities. Methods: Design core medical courses, elective courses and internship activities, set up a curriculum system with clinical ability training as the center, and build a comprehensive skills training teaching platform and clinical operation skills assessment platform. Results: Established the medical talent training model of the excellent doctor education and training plan, established the case teaching method, and established the problem-based teaching method. Conclusion: Based on the excellent doctor education and training program, the medical curriculum teaching evaluation system can be improved, and it provides a certain reference for the training of medical talents.
