延续性护理对内蒙古地区糖尿病患者自我护理能力及血糖控制的影响

目的：评判院外的延续性护理对糖尿病患者的自我护理能力和血糖控制的影响。方法：选取内蒙古医科大学附属医院内分泌科2019年4月16日—2019年7月16日接收的100名糖尿病患者,分为观察组和对照组,每组患者50例。观察组患者接受延续性护理加常规护理,对照组接受常规护理,对比两组护理效果的差异。结果：实验结果显示观察组患者的自我护理评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者的血糖水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0 05)。结论：糖尿病患者接受系统的延续性护理干预,不仅可以提高患者的自我护理能力,还可以有效地控制患者的血糖水平。

The influence of continuous nursing on self-care ability and blood glucose control of diabetic patients in Inner Mongolia

Objective To evaluate the effect of out-of-hospital continuous care on self-care ability and glycemic control of diabetic patients. Methods 100 diabetic patients in the the Department of Endocrinology of the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University were selected and divided into observation group and control group, with 50 patients in each group. Patients in the observation group received continuous nursing plus routine nursing, while patients in the control group only received routine nursing, and the difference of nursing effect between the two groups was compared. Results The experimental results showed that the self-care score of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The blood glucose level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0 05). Conclusion Systematic continuous nursing intervention can not only improve the self-care ability of patients with diabetes, but also effectively control the blood glucose level of patients.
