LASIK术后干预与干眼症发生的相关性研究

目的 探讨LASIK术后干预与干眼症发病的相关性，通过采取相应干预措施降低LASIK术后干眼症的发病率。方法 选取2018年8月至2019年8月期间于内蒙古医科大学附属医院近视眼激光治疗中心行LASIK手术的近视患者100人（200眼），分为干预组和对照组各50人（100眼）。对照组术后给予常规复查并常规用药指导，干预组在对照组的基础上给予干眼症针对性的干预措施。于术后1周、1月、3月、6月比较两组患者干眼症的发病率。结果 干预组患者干眼症发病率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对LASIK术后患者尽早采取干眼症的针对性干预措施，可有效减少LASIK术后干眼症的发病率，提高患者的术后视觉质量。

Correlation between postoperative intervention of LASIK and the incidence of dry eye

Objective To investigate the correlation between postoperative intervention of LASIK and the incidence of dry eye. Methods 100 cases (200 eyes) of myopia patients who underwent LASIK surgery in the myopia laser treatment center of affiliated hospital of Inner Mongolia medical university from August 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group (respectively 50 eyes). The control group was routinely reviewed after surgery and given guidance on routine drug use. The intervention group was given targeted intervention measures on the basis of the control group. The incidence of dry eye was compared at 1 week, 1 month , 3 months and 6 months after the operation. Results The incidence of dry eye in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). Conclusion Early intervention for LASIK patients can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative dry eye and improve the postoperative visual quality.
