内蒙古某社区艾滋病防控基线调查

摘要：目的 了解社区艾滋病防控基本情况及其影响因素，为开展社区艾滋病防控提供理论依据。方法 采用系统整群抽样，通过入户面对面问卷调查收集资料并分析。结果 社区居民的平均年龄为47.18±16.72岁。60岁以上者占25.9%，且其艾滋病防治知识知晓率在不同年龄组中最低，为49.2%。高中及以上文化程度和月收入3000以上人群艾滋病防治知识知晓率在各组中最高，均为63.7%。中青年、高学历和高月收入是艾滋病防治知识知晓率、免费咨询检测态度和不歧视态度的有利因素，同时高知晓率亦是免费咨询检测态度和不歧视态度的有利因素。居民最容易接受的宣传形式为宣传画册。结论 提高居民知识知晓率是防控艾滋病最有效的基础手段。以居民容易接受的宣传形式为主体，侧重老年人、低文化程度和低收入人群开展宣传干预是社区艾滋病防控的重点。

Baseline survey on AIDS prevention and control in Inner Mongolia community

Abstract: Objective To understand the basic situation and influencing factors of AIDS prevention and control in community, to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and control of AIDS in community. Methods?The systematic cluster sampling was used and we collected and analyzed data through face-to-face household survey. Results The average age of community resident was 47.18±16.72 years old, The rate of over 60 years old was 25.9%, and the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was the lowest (49.2%). Middle-aged, youth, people with high school and above education level and people with monthly income above 3000 have the highest awareness rate of AIDS prevention knowledge, their awareness rate was 63.7%. Middle-aged, youth, high education and high monthly income are favorable factors for the awareness rate of AIDS prevention and control knowledge, free counseling and testing attitude and non-discrimination attitude. High awareness rate was also a favorable factor for the attitude of free counseling testing and non-discrimination. The most acceptable form of publicity for residents was the brochure. Conclusion To improve the awareness rate of knowledge is the most basic means to prevent and control AIDS. The mainstay of community-based AIDS prevention and control is to carry out publicity interventions that are easily accepted by residents and focus on the elderly, low-education and low-income groups.
