Progress in application of tracing method for sentinel node biopsy in breast cancner

The treatment of breast cancer is mainly surgical resection, and the scope of surgical resection has been gradually reduced. At present, focus or affected side mastectomy plus Sentinel lymph node biopsy is the standard procedure for clinical axillary lymph node negative early breast cancer. The key of Sentinel lymph node biopsy is the choice of tracing method. Since the concept of Sentinel lymph node was put forward, tracing method has been a hot spot of domestic and foreign scholars, the tracer methods mainly include: Dye method, nuclide method, Blue Dye and nuclide combined double tracer method, superparamagnetic iron oxide tracer method and so on.
