基于患者健康素养的医学研究生医患沟通技巧培训效果研究

摘    要:目的:探究基于患者健康素养的北京市某三甲医院研究生医患沟通技巧培训效果。方法:制定基于患者健康素养的医学研究生医患沟通技巧认知情况的调查问卷和培训方案,评估干预后相关指标的变化情况。结果:干预后医学研究生健康素养水平显著提高,对自身健康素养水平认知明显增强,医患沟通不畅的发生率明显下降。结论:基于患者健康素养的医学研究生医患沟通技巧培训效果良好。

Study on training effect of doctor-patient communication skills of medical postgraduates based on patient health literacy

Abstract:Objective:To explore training effect of doctor-patient communication skills of medical postgraduates in a third-class hospital in Beijing based on patient health literacy.Methods:Develop a questionnaire focus on doctor-patient communication skills based on patient’s health literacy to finish the investment to see changes in indicators before and after intervention.Results:After the intervention,health literacy of medical postgraduates was significantly higher.Incidence of poor communication between doctors and patients was lower.Conclusion:The health literacy-related training program in our study is effective.There is an urgent need to strengthen the training of medical students’health literacy.
